We are proud to announce the opening of our brand-new Thérapie Clinic in Castlebar, our first clinic in Mayo and our third location in the West of Ireland.
Opening on 27 January 2026, our Castlebar clinic represents a €500,000 investment by our Irish-owned, family-run business. This expansion reflects the continued demand for safe, doctor-led aesthetic treatments across the country. The new opening brings our total number of clinics in Ireland to 35, strengthening our presence beyond major urban centres.
Investing in the West of Ireland
Located on Hopkins Road, our state-of-the-art Castlebar clinic delivers our most popular and advanced treatments to the highest medical standards. This new location also allows us to create local employment, with four initial roles available for experienced aesthetic doctors and beauty professionals. We expect to grow our team further as the clinic develops.
As our third clinic in Connacht, Castlebar will support our existing clinics in Galway and Sligo while improving access to expert aesthetic treatments for clients throughout Mayo and the wider region.

We continue to lead the industry in accessibility and innovation. Recently, we launched Ireland’s first subscription service for anti-wrinkle injections, following significant growth in demand for injectable treatments and increasing concern around unregulated Botox administration.
Priced from €49 per month, with a once-off €99 sign-up fee, the subscription includes treatment across three areas, three times per year. This offers a 20% overall saving while removing the need for large upfront costs and making doctor-led aesthetic treatments more accessible.
